About these terms

These terms apply to tickets for Rising Founders Club events and to this website. By buying a ticket you agree to them. Questions: admin@risingfoundersclub.com.

Tickets

• Tickets are sold through Luma, and Luma's own terms also apply to the purchase.
• Your ticket is for one person. Bring the confirmation from Luma; we may ask to see it at the door.
• The price and what it includes are shown on the event's Luma page before you pay.

Refunds and changes

• The refund rules for each event are shown on its Luma page before you pay.
• If we cancel an event, you get a full refund of your ticket price.
• We may change the venue, timings or line-up. If we change the date, you can choose a full refund instead.

On the night

• Treat everyone with respect. We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave, without a refund, for harassment, aggressive behaviour, or anything that makes the room unsafe.
• Follow the venue's rules and the instructions of our team.
• You are responsible for your own belongings.

Photos and video

We take photos and video at our events and may use them to promote the club. If you would rather not appear, tell us on the night or email us. See our privacy policy for more.

Guests and speakers

Anything a speaker or another guest offers or sells is between you and them. Rising Founders Club is not part of that agreement and is not responsible for it.

Our responsibility

We do our best to run safe, well-organised events. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee or control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
